CXOsync was founded by Nipul Patel in 2008. Among his closest circle, he was fondly known for the story of discovering the idea beneath the apple tree in his garden at home in Chicago. His colleagues remember him for his wisdom, his storytelling, and his remarkable calmness and poise. Many affectionately described him as the Yoda of ABM marketing — someone who brought people together through collaboration, education, and thoughtful leadership.

Fresh out of high school, Nipul initially aspired to become a doctor. However, his natural gift for ideas, combined with his rare ability to connect with people, meant he was destined for entrepreneurship. From the ground up, he built CXOsync into a market leader within the CXO events space, driven by vision, integrity, and relentless dedication.

Nipul’s loyalty, enthusiasm, and boundless energy earned him the trust and respect of colleagues around the world. Together, they built something powerfully unique — something far greater than a business. CXOsync was a source of immense pride for him.

He was also a passionate advocate for women in leadership, inspired especially by his wish for his daughters to grow up independent, confident, and strong-willed. He shared his knowledge generously, mentoring and guiding those he trusted, and leaving a lasting impact on everyone who worked alongside him.

Under his vision and stewardship, the CXOsync brand delivered over 500 events annually across the globe, with offices established throughout the United States and Europe. He also led the company’s expansion into the APAC region, including offices in Australia and the development of large research facilities in India — all built from scratch under his leadership.

Our entire team remains deeply grateful for Nipul’s guidance, inspiration, and friendship. We honour his legacy by continuing the journey he began, carrying forward his values, his vision, and his memory in everything we do.
